Easy Make-at-home Pita Chips
Ingredients:
1 package of pita bread (of your choosing)
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of za’atar
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of kosher salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes until just crispy. (You can flip them halfway through if you feel so inspired). My favorite sort of pita chips are the ones that are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
Serve with your favorite hummus and dips!
