Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of honey

  • 2 tbsp of dried mustard powder

  • 2 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp of Aleppo chili flakes

  • 1 tsp of red chili flakes

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • Salt & pepper

Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with some tinfoil. Brush the tin foil with some olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard powder, vinegar and both kinds of chili flakes until you have a nice paste. Adjust any seasoning as needed and set aside.

Pat the chicken thighs dry and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Place the chicken skin side up on the baking sheet.

Using a pastry brush, brush the top side of the chicken with your paste.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes total, pulling out the chicken to brush with the paste every 10 minutes or so.

Serve with any side you like and enjoy!!
