My Favorite Summer Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen mango
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen cherries (i like a combo of sweet & tart cherries)
1 cup of soy milk (almond would also work!)
1 cup of orange juice
Notes: you can adapt this recipe in many ways, adding protein powder or spinach, or chia/flax seeds.
Blend everything together in a high power blender. Add a little bit of water as needed to thin the smoothie out to a consistency you like.
